Sagist is a vertically integrated manufacturer. Casegoods, upholstery, decorative joinery, stone and metalwork are produced inside our own ateliers in Istanbul, on machinery we own and operate — robotic laser cutting lines, CNC five-axis routers, edge-banding and pressure-veneer presses, in-house finishing booths, and dedicated upholstery floors. We answer for every line item on the FF&E schedule because we make it.

Every specification is written to contract grade. Foams, fabrics and finishes are tested to the fire-safety standards required by the project's jurisdiction — BS 5852 Crib 5, California TB 117-2013, IMO MED for cruise and resort marine applications, and the regional civil-defence codes operative in the Gulf. Accessibility configurations follow ADA, the UAE Universal Design Code and EN 17210 where the brief calls for them. Once production closes, our own installation crews mobilise to site, working alongside the operator's pre-opening team to deliver fully commissioned rooms, lobbies and outlets on the snag-list date — not after it.

HOW A HOTEL PROJECT MOVES THROUGH SAGIST

From brief to handover, in six stages.

01 · Brief We review the operator's brand standard, the interior designer's drawing set and the project's FF&E schedule. A dedicated project director is named on day one.

02 · Design Shop drawings, material specifications and 1:1 detail studies. We coordinate directly with the interior design studio until every line item is signed.

03 · Sample Full prototypes of every guest-room and public-area piece are built, photographed and shipped for client approval. No production runs without a signed sample.

04 · Manufacture Production opens across our Istanbul ateliers — casegoods, upholstery, joinery, metal and stone — on a programme calibrated to the project's handover date.

05 · Ship Tailored container loading, marine and overland logistics, customs clearance at the destination port. We carry the freight risk until containers reach site.

06 · Install Our own installation crews unpack, place and snag every piece, room by room, against the operator's pre-opening calendar. The project closes with a fully commissioned, photo-ready property.
