VILLA FURNITURE
Furniture commissioned for one villa, one family, one address.

Principal residences, seaside compounds and country estates — designed, manufactured and installed by a single house.

A SINGLE HOUSE, FROM DRAWING TO INSTALLATION

A villa is one schedule. We treat it as one.
Sagist is a vertically integrated manufacturer. Casegoods, upholstery, decorative joinery, kitchen cabinetry, stone and metalwork are produced inside our own ateliers in Istanbul, on machinery we own and operate — robotic laser cutting lines, CNC five-axis routers, edge-banding and pressure-veneer presses, dedicated upholstery and leather floors, and in-house finishing booths for high-gloss lacquer, hand-rubbed oil and patinated metal. A villa is not a sequence of supplier contracts. It is one schedule, one finishing standard, and one team accountable from the architect's first drawing to the final installed lamp.

Modern White Villa

We work directly to the architect's intent and the interior designer's specification. Veneers are reserved and book-matched across the principal floor before a single panel is cut. Stone slabs are selected at quarry, photographed and approved by the principal before the masonry contract closes. Upholstery is built on kiln-dried hardwood frames, eight-way hand-tied where the brief calls for it, and finished in the leathers and natural textiles signed by the family. Privacy is contractual: where the commission requires it, drawings, samples, photography and installation are all handled under non-disclosure. The handover is private. The workmanship is unmistakable. The villa is ready to be lived in on the day the keys turn.

FAQ Frequently asked
Q1 — Will Sagist work to our architect's and interior designer's specification, rather than a house style? Yes. Almost every villa we take on is commissioned by the principal or the architect, and we work as the manufacturing partner to the named interior design studio. We follow the studio's specification exactly; where the brief is open, we propose and sample. No private villa design is ever published, repeated or shown to another client.
Q2 — How is privacy handled across drawings, samples, photography and installation? Privacy is contractual. We sign the family's or architect's non-disclosure agreement before any drawing is issued. Samples are reviewed at the villa or in private sample rooms — never on a public floor. Installation crews work under NDA. Photography of the finished interior is taken only with the principal's written permission, and no villa is published, referenced or shared without explicit consent.
Q3 — What is a realistic lead time for a fully specified villa? For a fully specified principal villa — reception rooms, principal suite, dressing rooms, formal and family dining, kitchen and larder, family wings, study and library, plus outdoor terraces and pool house — typical production-and-installation lead time is 22 to 30 weeks from signed contract and approved samples to private handover. Lead time extends for commissions with reserved stone programmes, hand-painted finishes, full-villa lighting design or specific leather selections that require quarry or tannery reservation.
